We were coming back from a trip to Atlanta and had been arguing in the car. He was still yelling as we came into the house. A friend of mine had left a message, but Bulsa erased it before I heard it all. I went to get my cell phone and tried to call him (the friend) Atlee Ashby Garner. Had Bulsa ever decided to "grab squeeze his ex-wife Lisa Garner "so tight she couldn't breath" she would surely be dead in seconds with not even enough seconds to pick up a phone being so much smaller than him? When she decided to attack Bulsa multiple times, breaking his bones and attempting to trap him in a bathroom she knew bad things were going to have happened. He was careful not to hurt her (red marks, only or she was dead.

 I still had it in my hand when he reached out and grabbed my arms. He was twisting the muscles on my forearms. I screamed at him to stop to let go but he kept on. I tried to pull away and I said, “Stop touching me.” You are hurting me. He let go of my arms and said, “I can touch you if I want to. You are my wife. He stepped towards me and said, I love you.” He then wrapped his arms and squeezed me so hard I couldn’t breathe. I tried to push him away and I was screaming at him to stop that I couldn’t breathe. I kept saying for him to let me go, but he wouldn’t. He started by saying that this was more for me to tell the marriage counselor.  He started screaming, “Hit me, Hit me! Go ahead! All this time he had a hold of me and was walking around with me. We bumped the wall page 2 -  and then I said that he should stop because if he didn’t, I would call the police. I had remembered that I still had it in my hand. He said, “Go ahead, call them.” I was afraid that it would escalate, so I did. I got away (or he let me go I can’t remember). He said he was going to my parent's next door to get the dog. I had told him over and over to get out- to leave. I was on the phone with 911, but it ??/  wasn’t clear the dispatcher couldn’t hear me. I went over to my mom’s to get her phone. I did not want her to see what was happening. I called 911 on my mom’s phone and hung up the cell phone. I stayed next door until the police came.

Incident 0804-228-93     2/28/1993                                  On 17 Aug 1993 at approx. 2149, I walked into my girlfriend’s parent’s house (Lisa Atkins-Garner AKA Linda Garner), parents Ellen Annette Atkins. In the living room when Lisa and Annette walked in from the kitchen. Lisa walked up and yelled, “where were have you been!?” I replied, “studying.” She yelled, “You Liar!” and slapped me in the face. Then started shoving me back down the hall. through the door and backward off the porch. Then she started pounding me in my chest until I fell against my car in the yard. Her mother was watching from the porch the entire time. Her father came from the backyard and watched, as well. I stood there stunned. She then opened my car door and started grabbing everything and threw it in the street; while yelling at her mother to call the police. A few minutes later, Sgt. Danny B. Morgan arrived and Lisa told him she wanted me to leave. Sgt. Morgan took a report, had me pick up everything from the road (had been run over) and followed me as I left. 
"Lisa Annette Atkins" ( Bulsa ) Garner, Linda Garner. At 0210 am 3 Sept 2001, Mrs. Garner came into the room number 6352 Westin Hotel Atlanta, Ga. and sexually assaulted - Bulsa. She climbed on top of me forced me to have sex with her while she was drunk. I should have fought back but was in shock. After a few minutes, she climbed off and said, " There that was good wasn't it?" I said, "No I don't want you to get drunk then force yourself on me, I told you- No, I didn't want to." She got dressed. Threw her wedding and engagement rings on the floor and yelled, "You're going to hurt so bad when I'm gone!" waking up Douglas Owen Cassell  

who was sleep in the other bed? When she picked up the rings put them in the safe and slammed the door as she walked out.
